Established in 1839, the Highgate Cemetery in North London is one of the most haunted places in the world. The final resting place of over 1,70,000 people has been the site of many supernatural reports. But it is the tale of the 7-feet tall phantom of the Highgate Vampire with hypnotic red eyes and long black coat. The vampire is believed to cause sudden drop in temperature, time freeze, and more. The story of the vampire gained significant popularity when a badly charred body of a woman was found decapitated.
